KIUNGO Alain Kabange Twite hataweza kuichezea Yanga msimu huu (2012/2013) baada ya klabu hiyo kuingiza nyaraka zenye upungufu wakati ikimuombea Hati ya Uhamisho wa Kimataifa (ITC) kwa njia ya mtandao (Transfer Matching System- TMS).

Kwa mujibu wa Shirikisho la Kimataifa la Mpira wa Miguu (FIFA), baadhi ya nyaraka zenye upungufu katika maombi hayo ni mkataba kati ya Twite na Yanga, lakini vile vile makubaliano ya mkopo (Loan Agreement) kati ya Yanga na FC Lupopo ya Jamhuri ya Kidemokrasi ya Congo (DRC) ambayo ndiyo inayommiliki mchezaji huyo.

Ili mchezaji aweze kupata ITC kwa njia ya TMS, kwa mujibu wa Kanuni za Uhamisho wa Wachezaji za TFF kuna nyaraka kadhaa muhimu zinatakiwa kukamilika katika maombi hayo ili hati hiyo iweze kupatikana.

KAMPUNI TANO ZAOMBA KUKARABATI HOSTELI YA TFF

KAMPUNI tano zimewasilisha tenda zao kuomba kupewa kazi ya kukarabati hosteli ya Shirikisho la Mpira wa Miguu Tanzania (TFF). Januari 7 mwaka huu TFF ilitangaza tenda kwa ajili ya ukarabati wa hosteli hiyo baada ya Shirikisho la Mpira wa Miguu Afrika (CAF) kukubali ombi lake la kutoa fedha kwa ajili ya kazi hiyo.

Ufunguzi wa tenda hizo ulifanyika jana (Januari 28 mwaka huu) kupitia kwa Bodi ya Tenda ya TFF mbele ya wazabuni wote watano waliowasilisha tenda zao na kushuhudiwa pia na Mkandarasi mshauri. Wazabuni (kampuni) waliojitokeza awali walikuwa saba, lakini waliorejesha zabuni zao ni watano.

Kampuni hizo ni Crescent Concrete Limited, DGS Company Limited, Mart Builders Company Limited, Prince General Investment Limited na Send Star Company Limited.

Bodi ya Tenda ya TFF itakutana Januari 31 mwaka huu pamoja na mambo mengine kuchagua kampuni ambayo itafanya ukarabati huo.

LALA SALAMA DARAJA LA KWANZA KUANZA JUMAMOSI

MZUNGUKO wa pili wa Ligi Daraja la Kwanza (FDL) ambayo itatoa timu tatu zitakazocheza Ligi Kuu ya Vodacom (VPL) msimu ujao (2013/2014) unaanza Jumamosi (Februari 2 mwaka huu) katika viwanja tisa tofauti.

Kundi A litakuwa na mechi kati ya Mbeya City na Burkina Faso itakayochezwa Uwanja wa Sokoine jijini Mbeya, Majimaji na Kurugenzi katika Uwanja wa Majimaji mjini Songea, na Polisi Iringa dhidi ya Mkamba Rangers kwenye Uwanja wa Kumbukumbu ya Samora mjini Iringa.

Mechi za Kundi B, Jumamosi (Februari 2 mwaka huu) itakuwa Transit Camp na Ndanda itakayochezwa Uwanja wa Mabatini mkoani Pwani, Moro United dhidi ya Villa Squad (Uwanja wa Karume, Dar es Salaam). Jumapili (Februari 3 mwaka huu) ni Tessema na Green Warriors (Mabatini, Pwani), Ashanti United na Polisi Dar (Uwanja wa Karume, Dar es Salaam).

Kundi C Jumamosi (Februari 2 mwaka huu) ni Polisi Dodoma na Kanembwa JKT (Uwanja wa Jamhuri, Dodoma), Morani dhidi ya Mwadui (Uwanja wa Kiteto, Manyara), Polisi Mara na Pamba (Uwanja wa Karume, Musoma), Polisi Tabora na Rhino Rangers (Uwanja wa Ali Hassan Mwinyi, Tabora).

Ligi hiyo inatarajiwa kumalizika mwishoni mwa Machi mwaka huu ambapo mshindi wa kila kundi atapanda daraja kucheza Ligi Kuu msimu ujao. (Ratiba imeambatanishwa)

WAPAMBE MARUFUKU KWENYE PINGAMIZI, USAILI TFF

KAMATI ya Uchaguzi ya Shirikisho la Soka Tanzania (TFF) imesema waliowekewa pingamizi na wa walioweka pingamizi hawaruhusiwi kufika katika kikao cha kesho (Januari 30 mwaka huu) wakiwa na vikundi vya ushangiliaji au wapambe.

Kikao cha kupitia pingamizi kitafanyika saa 4 asubuhi na wapambe au washabiki wa waombaji uongozi pamoja na waweka pingamizi hawakiwi kuwepo kwenye eneo la kikao hicho.

Wote walioweka pingamizi na waliowekewa pingamizi barua zao za mwito wa kuhudhuria kikao cha  Kamati ya Uchaguzi ya TFF zimeshatumwa kwenye anwani za barua-pepe zilizo kwenye taarifa za pingamizi au kwenye fomu za maombi ya uongozi.

Leo waombaji uongozi watatumiwa barua za mwito kwa barua-pepe wa kuhudhuria usaili utakaofanyika tarehe 01-02 Februari 2013. Tarehe 01 Februari 2013 watasailiwa waombaji uongozi wa TPL Board na waombaji ujumbe wa Kamati ya Utendaji ya TFF kupitia Kanda ya 1 hadi Kanda ya 8. Waombaji uongozi kupitia Kanda ya 9 hadi ya 13 na waombaji uongozi wa Makamu wa Rais na Rais wa TFF watasailiwa tarehe 02 Februari 2013 kuanzia saa 4 asubuhi.

Vyombo vingi vya habari vimeonyesha nia ya kuwepo mdahalo wa wagombea uongozi katika TPL Board na TFF. Kanuni za Uchaguzi za TFF hazizuii jambo hilo kufanyika, bali tu lizingatie Kanuni za Uchaguzi za TFF. Mojawapo ya mambo ya kuzingatiwa ni kwamba mdahalo huo ufanyike wakati wa kipindi cha Kampeni na usiwe na taswira ya kuwapendelea au kuwabagua baadhi ya wagombea. Kanuni hazimlazimishi mgombea kushiriki mdahalo.

Pia ni vema mdahalo ukaandaliwa na kuratibiwa  na Taasisi inayounganisha vyombo vya habari au waandishi wa habari kama TASWA. Kamati ya Uchaguzi ya TFF lazima ijulishwe kwa maandishi nia hiyo ya kufanyika mdahalo na utaratibu utakaotumika mapema kabla ya kufanyika mdahalo huo ili kujiridhisha kuwa utaratibu utakaotumika kuandaa na kuendesha mdahalo haukiuki kanuni za Uchaguzi za TFF.

David Beckham has begun training with Arsenal today with his future still up in the air.

The former England captain, 37, has joined up with the Gunners in a bid to keep fit as he considers his next move after leaving LA Galaxy at the end of the MLS season in December.

Beckham reported for duty at the club's state-of-the-art Hertfordshire training HQ on Tuesday, and was seen sharing a joke with Jack Wilshere, Lukas Podolski and the rest of the squad. He was wearing the training kit of flop striker Marouane Chamakh, who is currently on loan at West Ham.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder is determined to prove he can still play at the highest level.

Beckham trained with Arsenal in 2008 and with their north London rivals Tottenham two years ago during the MLS off-season.

He is currently a free agent and in no rush to make his next move as he can sign outside of this transfer window.

Speaking ahead of Arsenal's meeting with Liverpool on Wednesday, Arsene Wenger said: 'He called me. He has asked to come here and to work on his fitness. He has not done anything for a long, long time. It's purely for fitness. There's no speculation about signing or anything.'

With Wenger playing down the possibility of Beckham signing on a permanent basis he was asked what benefit there is for Arsenal.

He said: 'Nothing. To help somebody. We are open for people who behave well when they come here.'

Beckham has attracted interest from QPR and West Ham in the Premier League, and Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain in France.

There is also interest from the UAE, where former England boss Sven Eriksson himself is now technical director at Al Nasr in Dubai, and the Swede says he would welcome Beckham to the Middle East with open arms.

The family are currently renting a lavish £20million property in London from Touker Suleyman, boss of Ghost and Hawes & Curtis, while the Beckham brood will be educated at schools in the English capital.

His three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, have all started playing in Chelsea's youth system within the past week.

David Beckham is in the autumn of his career - but there may soon be another family member pulling his boots on at a Premier League club.

Sportsmail can reveal that Beckham's 13-year-old son Brooklyn has had a trial for Chelsea at the club's state-of-the-art training ground.

Beckham Snr was pictured with another Chelsea academy player in the snow at Cobham on Tuesday - sparking speculation that the former England midfielder could make a sensational return to the Premier League.

But it has emerged that he was there to watch his son in a low-key academy game aimed at giving him a taste of English football at junior level.

Players and parents were stunned to see Beckham on the touchline cheering on his 13-year-old son.

Sid Celery ‏tweeted: 'Ok, so I've just picked up that the reason David Beckham was at Cobham today was that son Brooklyn is being trialled for CFC U14s #Phew.'

Cole perry dasilva said: 'David Beckham's son Brooklyn is on trial for my team #chelseafc… David Beckham was watching our training session tonight!! Madness'.

Brooklyn was on the Under 14 roster at the LA Galaxy academy while his dad played in California.

Chelsea have long attempted to boost their youth ranks as part of their bid to become self-sufficient under Roman Abramovich. They have had some successes and many failures with bringing through kids to the first team, although Nathan Ake is the latest to come through the ranks.

A statement on the academy section of the club's website reads: 'To produce home-grown professional footballers capable of competing with Europe's elite players. A talented young footballer wanting to play for Chelsea needs to strive to be among the best in the world.

'Producing a core of our own young talent has never been more challenging; nor has it ever been more worthwhile. The development of young players is vital to the long-term success of any football club.

'Therefore the production of home grown players through the Academy system, who can progress to first team level is a key area of Chelsea Football Club. The financial gains are undisputed; a successful Academy has the potential to save the club millions of pounds in the transfer market. The benefits however, go deeper still.

'A world class youth development programme can also promote long-term loyalty and commitment to the club among those players who eventually make it into the 'big time'. Whether these boys are plucked from the local talent pool or brought in from abroad, Chelsea's drive towards self-sufficiency is crucially dependant on the creation of a successful Academy structure, capable of nurturing players of the highest quality.'

Beckham Snr has since left the US side and is currently considering his next move after leaving LA Galaxy at the end of the MLS season in December.

An insider said: ‘Brooklyn is like any teenager with an ambition to be a footballer. He has just returned to England and wanted to see how he fared. 

'Chelsea are one of the strongest academies in the country. The difference is that he is the son of the former England captain and this will draw attention.’ 

Beckham has spoken in the past about the difficulties of Brooklyn being a football-mad son of one of the most famous footballers on the planet.

'They've got a great life set up for them,' he told The Times. 'Obviously our boys and little girl are very lucky.

'But I think, as a parent, you always worry: "Have they got the hunger that I had as a kid?"'

He added: 'I'm as hard on my boys as my dad was. They always ask, "Did I play well?" I'll say, "You did all right, could have done better..."'

TEMBO WA AFRIKA DROGBA ATAMBULISHWA GALATASARAY

Didier Drogba is relishing the chance to have another crack at the Champions League after sealing a return to Europe with Galatasaray.

The former Chelsea striker has agreed to join the Turkish giants from Chinese side Shanghai Shenhua on an 18-month deal.

His representatives revealed on Twitter that the Ivory Coast centre forward would join up with his new side following the Africa Cup of Nations and Gala confirmed the deal on their official website.

Drogba memorably converted the winning penalty in the final shootout against Bayern Munich to win the Champions League for Chelsea for the first time last season. It turned out to be his last kick for the London club.

Explaining the reasons behind his move to Turkey, Drogba said through his representatives, Sports PR Company, on Twitter: 'The opportunity to play for this great club was an offer that I could not turn down.

'I am looking forward to playing in the Champions League again, against the best clubs in Europe.'

An emotional reunion with Chelsea is not possible, though, after the holders crashed out of the competition in the group stage.

Drogba’s capture is the second marque signing within a week for Gala, coming hot on the heels of the arrival last week of Holland midfielder Wesley Sneijder from Inter Milan.

The move to Turkey brings to an end a six-month stint in China.

The 34-year-old joined Shanghai last June, penning a two-and-a-half year deal reportedly worth £200,000 a week, but was repeatedly linked with a move back to Europe in recent months.

FIFA rejected a special request from the striker for him to join a club on loan outside the transfer window, amid speculation linking him with Juventus, AC Milan and Liverpool, among others.

Despite his protests to the contrary, reports persisted that Drogba’s move to China had not worked out, largely due to boardroom wrangling, and he has now left the Far East to return to Europe.

Gala are five points clear at the top of the Super Lig standings and are through to the last 16 of the Champions League, where they face Schalke.

Arsene Wenger has revealed David Villa is unlikely to join Arsenal during the transfer window. 

Sportsmail revealed the Gunners' interest in December and it is understood Villa is positive about joining the Premier League side. 

But speaking ahead of tomorrow's Barclays Premier League clash with Liverpool, Wenger said that Barcelona aren't prepared to sell the 31-year-old striker, despite him being a peripheral figure this season.

'Barcelona do not want to sell David Villa, they have made that very, very clear,' Wenger said. 

When asked if there was any room for negotiation, the Arsenal boss replied: 'No.' 

He added: 'What is important is that you bring in people to strengthen your squad or you are strong enough to do nothing. Bringing in anyone is to me what the modern game has become.' 

Villa, who has failed to hold down a place in the Barcelona side this season, became a father for the third time last night.

The Spain striker tweeted on Tuesday: 'Last night Luca Villa Gonzalez was born! Everything went well and the baby and the mother are healthy. Everyone in the family are very happy.'

Theo Walcott, Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla are poised to return to the starting line-up after dropping to the bench for the FA Cup win at Brighton.
